Macintosh Outlook Express 5.0


To setup additional mail boxes in Outlook Express 5 for Macintosh follow these procedures:

  1. Open Outlook Express
  2. Click on Tools in the Menu
  3. Select Accounts from the Tools Menu
  4. When the Accounts Window opens make certain the Mail tab is selected (click on it if necessary)
  5. Click the New Button.
  6. Fill in the Display Name
    • Press the Right Arrow
  7. Fill in the email address
    • Press the Right Arrow
  8. The Incoming mail server is: Fill in appropriate Mail Server

    Incoming POP Server Outgoing SMTP Server
    Switch Online Mail Servers: mail.switchol.com smtp.switchol.com

    • The Outgoing mail server is smtp.switchol.com
    • Press the Right Arrow
  9. The Account ID is your Username (all lowercase)
    • Fill in the PassWord
    • Press the Right Arrow
  10. Name the email account. (Name can be whatever you want, leave it untitled if you like)
    • Press Finish

The Account is now setup.
