Outlook 97

  1. From Microsoft Outlook 97 click on "Tools", "Services".
  2. Highlight "Internet Mail" and click on "Properties".
  3. Enter the following information in the spaces provided:
    • Name = "Your real name"
    • Email Address = yourusername@switchol.com
    • Internet Mail Server = Enter the correct incoming mail server listed below:


      		Incoming POP Server Outgoing SMTP Server
      Switch Online Mail Servers: mail.switchol.com smtp.switchol.com

    • Account Name = "your username"
    • Password = "your log on password"
  4. Click on "Advanced Options"
    • Enter the correct Outgoing mail server address in the space provided (listed above).
    • Click "Ok".
  5. Click on the "Connection Tab".
    • Select "Connect using a modem".
  6. Verify that "Dial using the following connection" refers to the proper Switch Online connection.
