Outlook 98

  1. From Microsoft Outlook 98 click on "Tools", "Services".
  2. Highlight "Internet Mail - OUTLOOK 98" and click on "Properties".
  3. Enter the following information in the spaces provided:
    • Name = Your real name
    • Email Address = "username"@switchol.com.
    • Reply Address = same as e-mail address
  4. Click on "Servers" Tab
  5. Under Server Information enter the following in the spaces provided:
    • Enter the correct mail server addresses as listed below:


      		Incoming POP Server Outgoing SMTP Server
      Switch Online Mail Servers: mail.switchol.com smtp.switchol.com

    • Select "Log On Using"
    • Account Name = "your username"
    • Password = "your log on password"
  6. Click on the "Connection" Tab
  7. Select "Connect using my phone line".
  8. Verify that the Dialup Network connection specified refers to the proper Switch Online connection.
