1. Run Netscape Communicator
2. Click on Edit
3. Click on Preferences
4. Click on Mail and Newsgroups
5. Click on Identity
6. Fill in your real name and email address
7. Click on Mail Servers
8. Click on Add
9. Enter the correct incoming mail server: (listed below)
   
   

   	Incoming POP Server	Outgoing SMTP Server
   Switch Online Mail Servers:	mail.switchol.com	smtp.switchol.com

   
   
10. Click OK.
11. Type next to Outgoing mail SMTP server enter the correct outgoing mail server address from above:
12. Type next to Mail Server user name your user name
13. Click OK.

To set up another "User Profile" (multiple accounts)

1. From your desktop click on Start
2. Click on Programs
3. Click onNetscape Communicator
4. Click on Utilities
5. Click on User Profile Manager
6. Click on New Button and then follow the directions

To set up "You Have Mail" notification in Task Bar

1. From your desktop click on Start
2. Click on Programs
3. Click on Netscape Communicator
4. Click on Utilities
5. Click on Netscape Mail Notification
